Had spacious and huge room with big common terrace. The location was great and beautiful, next to a music festival in town, a wonderful nature and the town centre and Phnom Svay. We were set in the forest.

I had an incredible stay at a charming guesthouse in Cambodia. The owner went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. He even picked me up from the bus station at the crack of dawn. The 2-day jungle trekking tour he organized was an unforgettable adventure. The meals, prepared by his wife, were delicious and filling. I enjoyed engaging conversations with the owner, who shared fascinating stories about Cambodian culture. Staying here truly felt like being part of a family. I highly recommend this guesthouse.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the clean and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast and dinner options, and the social atmosphere for meeting fellow travelers. The owner, Puthea, provided excellent service including tuc tuc pick up, arranging jungle trips, and even offering scooter rental with free driving lessons.
The service felt exceptional, with nothing being too much trouble.

I stayed at Family House for two nights and it was an amazing experience. The owner and his family were incredibly friendly and gave us great information about the area. We rented motorbikes and explored the waterfalls and crater lake, which was so much fun. The food at the guesthouse was delicious and I would definitely recommend trying it. We also went on a two-day trekking tour, which was absolutely fantastic. The whole stay was wonderful and I felt right at home. Thank you to Puthea and his family for a memorable stay!
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

We had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful nature surrounding Family House & Trekking in Banlung. The owners, a friendly young couple, provided us with a warm and welcoming experience. They went above and beyond to ensure our family, including our three lively children - Sophie, Max, and Lily, had an enjoyable stay. From sharing insider tips on the best hiking trails to organizing fun activities, they made sure our days were filled with excitement.
For dads, it would be great if the balcony in front of the rooms could be divided into three separate sections, allowing each bedroom to have its own designated space. During our stay, we encountered a small inconvenience of having some people constantly occupying the bench in front of our bedroom window.
